Returns

Due to the authentic vintage and estate nature of our jewelry, we have a limited return policy. Returns for store credit only may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.

Store Credit Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear
  • Returns are for store credit only - no cash refunds
  • Store credit expires 6 months from issue date
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Contact us at ladygottrocks@gmail.com to initiate a return

Exceptions

Returns will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Item received was significantly different from description
  • Item was damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
  • Wrong item was shipped

No Returns For

  • Items worn or showing any signs of use after purchase
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
  • Minor vintage wear or patina (this is normal for authentic vintage pieces)
  • Color variations due to photography or monitor settings
  • Natural characteristics of vintage items including minor scratches, tarnish, or age-related wear
  • Cash refunds (store credit only)

Before You Buy

Please read all descriptions carefully and examine all photos. Our vintage pieces are photographed and described accurately, including any flaws or signs of wear. Ask questions before purchasing if you need clarification.

Damaged in Shipping

If your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping:

  1. Contact us at ladygottrocks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We'll work with you on a resolution
