This spinner is from the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition. The fair celebrated the completion of the Panama Canal and was served as a showcase for the city's recovery from the 1906 earthquake.
This is an interesting a rare piece. I did have a jump ring added to the spinner for pendant purposes!
