Vintage Brutalist Brass Fish Necklace by Christian Luis Gomez

This necklace is a rare piece of handmade art. Created in Chile, the artist has signed the back. It is made of brass and has both lapis lazuli and malachite stones. Look......I like brutalism; what can I say? This is an affordable piece for the age, provenance, AND completely wearable. Many pieces of brutalist jewelry are a little heavy and VERY abstract Gomez's work was more minor in scale and used recognizable motifs. It's the perfect starter piece.
