Vintage Sterling Silver Log City Pierced Medallion Pendant Large 2 Inch Artist Signed Rustic Branch Lettering

Log City, population: whoever wears this. This vintage sterling silver medallion spells out LOG CITY in letters cut and hand engraved to look like branches, complete with wood grain lines and little broken-off twigs. Roots spread from every letter out to the rim, and the open spaces between them turn the whole disc into a sort of silver forest floor.

The piercing is hand sawn and the engraving is done by hand, the mark of a studio silversmith rather than a factory. At 2 inches across, it's a big, flat statement medallion that reads from across the room. Stamped Sterling on the back and hand signed by the maker. Whether Log City was a camp, a lodge, or somebody's private joke, this one wants to know where you've been.
