Most dinosaur jewelry gives you a silhouette. This one gives you the whole skeleton, assembled and ready to haunt your lapel. The brontosaurus form is rendered in full skeletal detail with a segmented spine, individual ribs hanging free so they move when you do, and leg bones dangling from the hip socket. It is a 3D construction, not a flat casting, and the articulation is what makes it special.
The TM-161 hallmark is a registered Taxco silversmith mark, and the .925 stamp is right there on the spine where it belongs. Mexican silversmithing at its most committed to the bit.
Dinosaur jewelry has a passionate collector following, and sterling examples from Taxco with this level of structural detail are genuinely hard to find. The brontosaurus specifically tends to attract the paleontology crowd alongside the jewelry collectors and covers a lot of ground.
